Rick Bright (born in 1972) is an American Public Health Officer and Immunologist from Hutchinson (Kansas, USA). He was former Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (2016-2020).

In his college, he was a research assistant in Alabama Reference Lab. He conducted his research in the Flow Cytometry Department. In his career, he handled different roles in the private sector companies of the United States.
